HARC Enrollment Survey: Program Version
Thank you very much for your interest in joining HARC’s practice-based research network! As a HARC member, you can help transform the field of early childhood home visiting through the use of innovative research methods and precision home visiting approaches. You will learn about opportunities to take part in research studies, propose research questions of interest to you, and be among the first to learn about the newest research findings.
HARC has different membership categories. This Program membership survey is for program directors/managers and all staff (home visitors, supervisors, data managers, and others) working in a local program that provides home visiting to expectant families or families of children from birth to age five. Programs are eligible regardless of program model or funding source.
If you are a program director or manager, we have some additional questions about how your program operates (we promise to keep it brief!). If you oversee multiple home visiting programs at your implementing agency, we will ask you some repeat questions about each one. If there are other programs in your implementing agency with different program directors, please share the information about HARC and this enrollment survey with them, so that they can complete the survey and enrollment for their own programs.
Membership in HARC is free and completely voluntary. We expect this survey to take approximately 10 minutes, but program directors / managers completing it for more than one program may need to allow more time. Completion of this survey will allow us to officially enroll you, or you and your program, into HARC. Additionally, we will use the basic information we collect when creating summary reports about members and member programs.
Finally, the links to all the membership surveys, along with descriptions and FAQs, are available on the Join the Network page of the HARC website.
If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact Kay O’Neill – HARC Coordinator at koneill@jhu.edu, or call Jane Daniels, HARC staff, at (410) 614-4007.
